A stunning unnamed three-year-old filly by Coach House is available for auction.
This attractive youngster is out of the Sillery mare Saralea, who was a Listed winner in France during her racing days. She has gone on to similar success as a broodmare, producing seven winners in total to date.
The filly for sale is therefore a half-sister to the Listed winner Hasay (who is now dam of the Grp-3 winner Hargesia) and the Listed-winning hurdler Woolstone One.
Saralea herself hails from a very smart family, and counts amongst her seven winning siblings the Listed winners La Kaldoun, Sacristain and Solidoun. Meanwhile, her half-sister Loisaida would go on to produce the Grp-3 winner Kaldou Star.
Not only have Saralea's progeny performed well on the track, they also have a very strong track record in the auction ring. Her first foal Anna's Cause, by Giant's Causeway, realised $105,000 at Keeneland as a foal - before going on to produce four winners - whilst her Royal Academy gelding El Condor and the aforementioned Hasay both made €45,000 on separate occasions.
Complementing this high-class tail line is the influence of the improving young sire Coach House. He was a very fast two-year-old for Aidan O'Brien, winning the Listed Marble Hill Stakes and finishing second in the Grp-2 Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot from just five starts.
Since retiring to stallion duties in 2015 he has demonstrated himself to be a very capable sire, despite operating at the economy end of the market. He produced no less than 26 individual winners in 2019, including his best runner to date, the Listed winner and Grp-1 placed Summer Sands.
This filly is blessed with good looks and a tremendous pedigree. She has exciting prospects both on the racecourse and in the breeding shed. Don't miss out!
